Hello August!

For some odd reason, I've felt really motivated lately! It could be the massive amount of espresso I've ingested today, but I'm feeling super positive about things, this blog, my photography business, and I am super excited about being a part of a local festival selling handmade and vintage clothing with my sisters (more on that throughout the month - it's actually next weekend eek!).

Not only that, but last month I had the awesome opportunity to be a part of Circle of Moms Photography Moms Top 25. It's not like I got an abundance of votes, but it feels good nonetheless for people to be interested in what I have to say through my work. Sometime in August the group will be featured! I will also have one of my posts featured on SproutFoods.com!

The most fun news of all though is that last month I donated a mere ten dollars to an adoption fund for this sweet family and received an abundance in return. The funny thing is, I had never been to McCall's blog before. I think I saw an instagram post from one of the bloggers who donated, hopped over, felt compelled to donate and gave a little more than just the five dollar minimum. In return, I have been blessed by finding McCall's blog, receiving beautiful gifts, and getting to work with ladies from the likes casey weigand, little miss momma, life of bon and more. I am honored. Now I'd really like to cook up something I can do to help McCall and her family's efforts to bring emily home.
