Thank you Lyve for sponsoring today's discussion and helping me protect my precious memories! #LyveMoments #LyveHome #Lyve #LyveApp
Last Fall my husband bought me a combined birthday, anniversary, Christmas gift and I got a 64 GB iPhone 5S. I was filling up my old phone so fast with photos I couldn't hold anything else. I'd find myself deleting apps just to make room. Even though I could technically clean off the phone and save them to my computer (who has time for all that?) I still enjoyed having lots of photos on my phone that I could easily access. To think for even a minute about losing all those captured memories... shudder. It happens though... all the time. It's probably happened to a lot of you and I'm so sorry.
The good news is, now it doesn't have to happen to anyone. Lyve has created something unique and absolutely necessary for people like me. Lyve is the solution for collecting, protecting, and rediscovering your photos and videos. You can keep on capturing those moments knowing your photos and videos are automatically protected on your LyveHome from wherever you are. We all know life doesn't stop. There's no pause button, but now you can look back on those moments that went by so fast all in one place.

I can also show off my photos right from the Lyve Home on my dresser. Thousands of pictures (2 TB of space). I actually catch myself watching the screen saver because my photos right now go back almost a year and I keep seeing photos I'd forgotten. Love that feeling! Also, it looks pretty good sitting anywhere in my home.
My absolute FAVORITE thing about Lyve though... the connection my husband and I have now with our photos. I, of course, am the big photo taker, but if I don't post a photo to instagram one day or sometimes even when I do, I get a text from him asking "did you get anymore pics this morning?" and of course I did so I wind up sending him the rest of the photos via text or he wants to save a photo to his phone that I have shared on instagram or facebook and he wants the best quality of course. Now, since we both have the Lyve App he doesn't even have to ask. All of my photos are right there for him to see, download, send and save because what's on my app is on his and it's all stored on the Lyve Home. This just makes his connection and mine that much closer when we spend so much of the day apart. I can only imagine this will be even more useful when the new baby gets here.
Thinking LyveHome is just what you need in your life to keep you and your loved ones connected and protected? Well guess what you can win one of your own right now.
Lyve Home $299 Value!
I LOVE this!! My husband works long days and often misses out on the fun, but every day, mundane stuff. I capture it all with my phone and camera though and I know he'd LOVE to come home and be able to casually watch a stream of photos!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome and would be amazing to share with my parents who live far away!
ReplyDeleteI like that it can connect with various technology!
ReplyDeletei love that it can connect to the memory card from your camera and that it connects automatically to your smartphone and ipad...i like that i don't have to remember to upload anything at all...makes it so much easier for me! i tend to be forgetful and updating things like this so the automatic aspect is great! i would definitely get use out of this as Susannah comes soon!
ReplyDeleteI love the security of knowing our images would be safe. Even as a photographer, I forget to back up our personal images, especially from mobile devices. Not to mention it's pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love the fact that it connects and saves pics automatically so I don't have to remember! I also love that when I'm visiting mom I can show her pics from any computer, iPad, ect!
ReplyDeleteIt's timeless!
ReplyDeleteLove this! I am terrified of loosing all the pictures on my phone of my 6 month old. I back them up when I remember, so this would be awesome to have because it does it automatically! Also, I can share photos with family members! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI have a ton of photos on my phone that I never look at - this would be awesome in the kitchen or living room to have them on display. I also love that it backs everything up for you. I'm not the best at syncing my phone!
ReplyDeleteI like that is saves photos automatically and you can use it on multiple mediums

ReplyDeleteI love that it would allow me to display photos that are normally just sitting on my phone. And that it would back them up for me!! =)

ReplyDeleteI had all my photos (years worth!) in iPhoto on my laptop and one day, about half of them (especially the older ones from high school) went POOF! I'm still so sad about this. I love that with LyveHome, this won't happen. Such a fantastic idea.
ReplyDeleteI have been reading your blog for months now. I don't remember how I stumbled upon it, but I enjoy reading! Thank you for sharing a little bit of your life with us. =)
I tweeted about it today as well! (@tallmoll4)
ReplyDeleteLove the concept of this little gadget- I always wish there was a way to display pictures that get lost on my phone or computer and never are seen again. What a sweet little way to see our memories each day. I don't have twitter anymore, so I can't tweet about it :(.
ReplyDeleteI'd like that I could easily back up my photos. I have a few old phones around because I haven't backed up the photos yet.
ReplyDeleteI like that I can have all the pics from my various phones backed up and displayed, instead of hidden from view.

What an amazing product! I have so many photos stored on my computer that I haven't found a way to get out yet. This would be a wonderful way to showcase my pictures!

ReplyDeleteI love that it works with iphone...because I'm having trouble getting my iphone pics onto my linux machine. It shows a flash drive too so I think even if it doesn't directly work with linux I could use a flash drive to get them from this to there.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I tweeted...but reworded slightly because I'm an artist with lots of artist followers so I wanted to emphasize saving your scanned artwork: https://twitter.com/scribbleprints/status/506951279109607424
