Fall is officially here! We can officially march out the pumpkins and don our cozy sweaters. Maybe no cozy sweaters just yet here in the deep south, but we can pretend and wear them indoors for fun, right?
We are starting to see all things pumpkin spice and I am personally a big fan. Give me all the Pumpkin Spice, however, when it comes to my fall drink of choice, I'm more of a Hot Cinnamon Chai Latte girl. One place I DO love my pumpkin is in my dessert! So, I created this super simple Pumpkin Spice Trifle with just a few ingredients!
Here’s how to create this easy, four ingredient, pumpkin spice trifle for your family and friends this Fall!
Pumpkin Spice Trifle
Serves 12
Ingredients:
- Two The Bakery at Walmart Pumpkin Cake Roll with Cream Cheese Filling
- One 13 ounce can of Reddi-wip®
- Toasted Pecans (toasting optional)
- Pumpkin Pie Spice for garnish
- You will need individual-sized dessert glasses, however, an 8-12 ounce drinking glass will work just fine. You can also make this in a large glass dish as a traditional trifle.
Instructions:
1. Deconstruct your pumpkin roll. I sliced and then cut into cubes.
2. Place deconstructed pieces of pumpkin roll into the bottom of your dish.
3. Layer with a large dollop of Reddi-whip. Be sure to hold the can upside down so that the cream does not get all over the sides of the dish. Repeat this process until you are ready for a big dollop on top!
The Pumpkin Roll all by itself is a delicious dessert but combining it with a little fluffy Reddi-wip makes it that much more tasty!
Now, I want to know what Pumpkin dish you are making this Fall! Find inspiration here!
Looks delicious! And I love how simple this is to create. :)
