I had a little extra time at work today, so I decided to use PicMonkey to edit this week's Edit Me Challenge photo from Kristy at Life-n-Reflection. If you haven't had the chance to check her out PLEASE do so! She has great talent and is a valuable resource!
Since I didn't have my laptop with me today I uploaded the photo to PicMonkey and discovered that they have a new textures option on the menu! So I did a basic clean edit. One trick I learned is to use the airbrush tool that looks like it's for skin on the background to make it extra smooth! I adjusted the exposure a little and added two textures, erasing both from the butterfly at a medium opacity to make it pop from the background a little. So simple to use and so free! No excuse not to join in the challenge! =)
Simple. Pretty. Perfect. I love your edit!
ReplyDeleteI really love your edit. Simple but soft and lovely!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, what a great free software. I can't believe I haven't heard of it before. Love the dreamy feel you created. Thanks for joining in Stephanie
ReplyDeleteLovely edit btw... I can see why Kristy originally picked it ;)
