Tuesday, October 16, 2012

Ingredients:
32 oz can of Pureed Pumpkin
2 8 oz blocks a cream cheese (softened)
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar until well blended
  2. Gradually add in pumpkin puree
  3. Stir in pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon
  4. Chill until ready to serve

Easy peasy and super yummy. This was made for Jonah's party and was really too much, so even for a large family or small party you could half this recipe. It's great on graham crackers, but I really love it on apple slices!
