Life's Little Messes: Swiffer Sweep & Trap Review

Thursday, February 27, 2014

When you are a mom of a two year old boy, and let's not forget the seventy pound ball of white fur, things around the house tend to get a little messy. I might even say down right dirty. Endless crumbs and white balls of fluff occupy the corners of just about every room in our house on any given day which makes sweeping a daily task, but lets face it. . . daily just isn't happening around here.

We are a busy family and spend very few hours at home during the week and often leave the sweeping and mopping for when it's absolutely necessary. So, that's why I am so glad I came across this opportunity to try the new Swiffer Sweep & Trap. No dust pan, no vacuuming, just one device that does it all. It is honestly a true helper around the house on a daily basis.

The Swiffer Sweep & Trap uses rotating blades to pick up large particles and flicks them into a dirt bin while the attached Swiffer Sweeper dry cloth traps dirt, dust and hair that brooms can leave behind. This innovative combination cleans up big and small messes in a single swipe, so you can embrace life's little messes. Even the ones that come after you've just finished mopping the floor.

My favorite part. No dust pan. I really hate trying to get every little particle into that little tray. With this new Swiffer it does the work for you.

See what I mean about the big ball of white fur. Sometimes the little messes seem overwhelming, but having the right tools in the closet is just what we need to be able to embrace life's little messes!
