Jonah has his first ever Valentine's Party today with his friends at Mother's Morning Out. I waited until the last possible minute to make Valentine's Cards to hand out, but we did it and I like how they turned out. Of course, I didn't get a single picture of them. Boo! I think he may come home with a few extra, so maybe I'll get to show you my last minute creativeness (or lack there of).
The important thing is that we get to enjoy yet another first for the little man. He really loves his friends at school and his teachers. They love him too and it makes me so happy to see him make his own connections with people outside of our little circle of family and friends.
I hope your Valentine's Day is filled with love and kindness.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! It's easy to forget how big of a deal Valentine's Day is for kids - making valentine's boxes in school, bringing valentines for all their friends.... :)
ReplyDeleteJust ran across your blog! Look forward to following along!
Jonah looks so cute in his Valentine's Day outfit! I can't wait until my kiddos are in school and we get to make Vday cards for friends.
