Our Lord has written the promise of the resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in the spring time. - Martin Luther
Before we get to Catch the Moment 365, I just wanted to take a moment acknowledge how much this time of year means to me. As we welcome Spring, we welcome new life in every detail as we look around outside. There is a new energy that comes with Spring and Easter serves as the pinnacle for a new beginning in so many ways. Today on Good Friday, we observe the ultimate sacrifice that was given for us. A sacrifice that we do not deserve, but by God's grace we are gifted. Through the death of our Savior, we were given new life, the ability to overcome, and hope for the future. I will be celebrating with my family all weekend for many different reasons, but I know in my heart the reason we are able to celebrate even the littlest of things is because of the resurrection! So, I encourage you to look around today, take a moment to feel the pain of those who loved Jesus while he gave his life and then remember what Joy new life brings! You can see everywhere if you just take the time to look.
99|365 Jonah almost always has to take something home from NaNa's house when we pick him up. Today, he found the sidewalk chalk. In order for him not to get it out in the car I had to promise that we would go outside with it when we got home.
100|365 Today was Jonah's first every school program. His Mother's Morning Out Program planned for each class to come out and sing while families watched from their picnic blankets. Afterwards, we enjoyed a picnic while visiting with teachers and friends. The songs were SO cute. How could one and two year olds not be!?
101|365 Today we celebrated cousin Laurel's 4th Birthday at the Little Gym. Love that place and once Jonah warms up he loves it too. He did the big balance beam all by himself and dismounted all on his own (while I held my breath)!
102|365 More celebrating for Daddy's Birthday! This was the best picture I got with a bunch of wiggles. Oh well!
103|365 Warm, but breezy Sunday afternoons are for backyards and baseball right? I can't even... with Jonah's shirt that's completely too small.
104|365 And rainy Monday's are for puddle jumping and wearing your pjs all day. I kind of wish I was him.

105|365 If you missed it, we had our big gender reveal this week! You can see the rest in this post!
