Let's Go See | Yogi on the Lake | Pelahatchie, MS

Last month, we had the opportunity to spend the day at Yogi on the Lake for a family reunion. The weather was so good this year, we had a great time and ate some really good food! This reunion was held in this same spot when I was a kid, except it was just Pelahatchie Lake at the time and there wasn't quite as much excitement! We have been to Jellystone several times over the past several years and the boys have a blast! We didn't make it back to experience the pool and splash pad last year, but Jonah has already been asking to go back, so we will make it a priority this year for sure! It will be a little easier since he's pretty indepenent and Ezra is a little more managable around water, at least in the fenced in area. He still needs a leash around the lake though, for sure. 

We didn't come prepared to swim, because last year it was still SO cold. I did let the boys get in and splash a bit before we went home though. Ezra couldn't help but "splash big" of course.

They got to play plenty golf and spend time with cousins running  aroudn the playground. We also got to visit with Yogi and BooBoo, but we didn't participate in the crafts cabin this year because we enjoyed being outside so much, but that's something we have also loved to do in the past!
